Thickener and emulsifier for sausage


Usage


1.Add VP925 powder into the meat paste and chop for 2mins;

2.Add ice water and emulsify for 3mins.

3.Add tissue protein, protein isolate, carrageenan , phosphate and stir for 1 min.

4.Add starch , ice water and stir for 3-4min;

Note: 

The dosage of VP925 is 0.2-0.3%,  the weight of ice water added is 30 times  of  VP925.
