0.2-0.3%

1)Excellent Solubility, it can be rapidly dissolved at 55-65℃ in 5-7minutes；

2)Excellent effect of thickening, taste refreshing and delicate, good release flavor.

Specification

Mix A512 with 5-10 times sugar or other dry materials, then slowly add to above 55 °C water or milk, stir until completely dissolved.
